FindAFarmPark.com (hereafter “the Site”) is owned and operated by FindAFarmPark. The following terms and conditions regulate the way you use findafarmpark.com and any content either on the Site or by means of it.
Use of the Site
It is not necessary to register to browse listings on the Site. However, to add a listing, claim an existing listing, or access account features, you will need to register and create an account.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of any information you provide, including listing details submitted to the directory.
We reserve the right to suspend or block your access, temporarily or permanently, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or for any other reasonable cause.
Listings and Directory Content
FindAFarmPark is a directory of farm parks, farm attractions, and related rural visitor destinations across the UK and Ireland. Listings may be submitted by venue operators, claimed from our existing database, or added by the Site’s editorial team.
Free Listings: Basic listings are available free of charge. Venue operators may claim their listing to update and manage their details.
Premium Listings: Enhanced listing options are available on a paid subscription basis. Premium listings receive additional visibility and features as described at the point of purchase.
Featured Spots: Paid featured placement is available on a monthly basis, subject to availability.
Events: Venue operators may submit events associated with their listing. Events are subject to editorial review.
You are responsible for ensuring that any listing content you submit or manage is accurate, up to date, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. FindAFarmPark reserves the right to edit, remove, or decline any listing or event at its sole discretion.
Account Termination and Suspension
FindAFarmPark reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account without notice, at its sole discretion. Examples of reasons for termination include:
Submission of false, misleading, or spam content
Abusive behaviour towards staff or other users
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems
Collecting information about users of the Site without authorisation
Any activity that damages or disrupts the Site
Violation of applicable laws
No refunds will be provided to customers whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Payments and Refunds
Payments for premium listings, featured spots, and event listings are processed securely through our payment provider. All fees are stated at the point of purchase.
If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of payment. Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for listing periods that have already been active and served.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, design, logos, and code — is the property of FindAFarmPark or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or use Site content for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.
Listing content submitted by operators remains the intellectual property of the submitting party. By submitting content to the Site, you grant FindAFarmPark a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on the Site and in associated marketing.
Third Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. FindAFarmPark bears no responsibility for the content, services, or materials provided by those sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or recommendation by FindAFarmPark.
Disclaimer
All content and services on the Site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. FindAFarmPark does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that listing information is complete, accurate, or current.
Visitors rely on listing information at their own risk. We strongly recommend confirming opening times, admission prices, and facilities directly with venues before visiting.
Applicable Law
This Site is operated in accordance with the laws of Ireland and, where applicable, the laws of the United Kingdom. Users who access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
